Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
Orders sent throughout Europe will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
You will receive a tracking number with the confirmation email after your purchase.
Each size corresponds to a different way of carrying your bag.
We only accept exchanges in the showroom in Brussels within 14 days of receiving the item, provided that the item is in its original condition with all tags still attached.
You are welcome to ask for a refund if the item(s) you ordered does not reach your expectations.
All items that were purchased with a discount code are eligible to be exchanged on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us via email for further information.
Refund can take up to 14 days after we safely received your returned item(s) back.
Any orders that are received past our returns shipping window, are damaged, worn, or missing original tags upon arrival will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
